Shipping Policy

Welcome to Seamless Skincare's Shipping Policy section. Here, you'll find all the information you need about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparency and aim to provide you with a seamless shipping experience.

Shipping Destinations: 

Seamless Skincare offers global shipping to Australia & New Zealand.

 

Processing Times: 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and we aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is printed, you will receive your tracking information. During sales & promotion periods, please allow an extra 24 hours for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. We will always do our best to send your parcels out the door as soon as possible! 

   

Australian Standard Shipping:  

We offer domestic shipping for a flat rate of $8.95 AUD. Your package will include a code for easy online tracking. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Australian Express Shipping: 

We offer express domestic shipping for a flat rate of $14.95 AUD. Your package will be shipped using Australia Post, which includes a tracking code for easy online tracking. Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

New Zealand Standard & Express Shipping: 

Only to New Zealand customers do we offer alternate prices for standard & express parcels. We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $8.95 AUD and express $14.95 AUD. 

  

International Shipping: 

We offer domestic shipping for a flat rate of $15.95 AUD. Your package will be sent using Australia Post, which includes a tracking code for easy online tracking. Standard shipping times vary per country. Our most popular destination standard shipping times are: 

  • United States: 6-10 business days 

  • Canada: 6-10 business days 

  • United Kingdom: 6-10 business days 

  • Hong Kong: 6-10 business days 

  • Singapore: 6-10 business days

Please note all shipping times are valid from dispatch, not from the time of order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

  

 

International Express Shipping: 

We offer express international shipping for a flat rate of $30.00 AUD. Your package will be shipped using Australia Post, which includes a tracking code for easy online tracking. Express shipping typically takes 3-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

 

International DHL Express Shipping: 

We offer international DHL Express shipping for $50 AUD. Please note there may be extra DHL shipping costs depending on your specific shipping address. If so, we will reach out to you via email for extra payment toward your parcel. 

Your package will be shipped using DHL Express international shipping services. The shipping time frame for international orders is typically 2-5 business days for door-to-door shipping with full tracking. Please note this does not include any potential customs processing delays, which are beyond our control. Additionally, please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

 

 

International Taxes & Customs Charges: 

Customers outside of Australia may need to pay taxes, duties, and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost. The amount of taxes and customs charges varies depending on the shipping address. It is suggested that customers contact their local customs office to determine the specific charges. Seamless Skincare is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that may be requested during the shipment of the order. If the customer refuses the delivery, they will be responsible for the original delivery charges, taxes, duties, and the cost of returning the package. DHL Express may contact the customer prior to releasing the order to inform them of any applicable fees. These charges are set by the customer's country and are not associated with DHL Express. Returned to Sender: 

If your order is returned to Seamless Skincare for any reason (wrong shipping address provided when ordering, wasn't collected at the post office, etc.), we will contact you via email. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges if the customer would like the product resent to them. 

If the customer wishes to cancel their order instead of it being resent, a full refund of your products (excluding shipping costs) will be submitted. This only applies to parcels that were originally sent within 60 days of returning back to Seamless Skincare. If the parcel was originally sent over 60 days prior, no refund will be applied and your order will be cancelled.

  

Additional Information: 

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or DHL, Seamless Skincare will not be held responsible for any loss or un-delivered parcels. Requests for a change of address must be made directly with Seamless Skincare via our customer care team prior to your order being dispatched. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at support@seamlessskin.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we will do our best to redirect your parcel to your updated address, however cannot guarantee this change as the parcel is in transit. You can also contact Australia Post via their App and request a re-direct.

Seamless Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Please note once the parcel is dispatched from Seamless Skincare, Australia Post or your local courier is responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel. Please contact your local post with your tracking number first when trying to track your parcel. If you have trouble, please contact us at support@seamlessskin.com.au. The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

 

 

Public Holidays & Weekends: 

Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends. If your order is placed Friday after 10:00 am AEST, your order will be printed & dispatched the following Monday. We like to enjoy our weekends.
