What is your shipping policy?
Our shipping policy includes free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. Domestic postage is $8.95 and express is $14.95. For international orders, shipping costs may vary based on the destination and order size. We strive to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience.

The product I am after is on pre-order!
There's nothing worse than waiting. If the product you desire is out of stock, simply, click the pre-order button, purchase the item and it will be shipped to you one to two weeks later. We allow up to two weeks which gives us time to create and dispatch the product. You know that the product you receive within the two weeks is fresh and new, made just for you.
What is Seamless Skincare's return and refund policy?
At Seamless Skincare, we prioritise customer satisfaction and confidence in our Australian-made, natural skincare products. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email at support@seamlessskin.com.au to receive a return authorisation. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 12 days, minus any shipping fees. Is there a minimum order amount?
Products are limited to 30 units per product per customer. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. The limit has been set so we can track whether anyone is ordering unusual amounts that fall outside our terms and conditions.
Does the product price include GST?
Where a product incurs GST, the GST is added before the total on the Cart.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order and the status of your delivery. When your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code. To find out where your parcel is, go to the website and the link provided in the email.
Is an invoice enclosed with the order?
Your delivery will include a packing slip detailing the products that have been supplied. A tax invoice will be sent to your email address upon order confirmation.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free delivery for orders $150 and above will apply to metropolitan areas in each state capital of Australia, excluding the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania.
Orders under $150 will incur a delivery fee based on your postcode location.
